Soapstone is a natural material, a comparatively soft stone suitable for carving. pStan Batcow uses this stone to produce artworks either from a single piece, or by joining several differently-textured pieces together as in the images below.

 

The three figures after the description and year of creation of each piece are measurements in cm, and listed as height, width, depth.
